Stress

Hey guys!!this is actually my first post.Seeing the title you people must wonder why did i post about stress...well health doesn't mean only in the physical ways but also in the psychological ways.well as a fact you can even take it as an initiator for many health diseases which occur to our body.It's a leading health problem which is common now-a-days.



                                         
Do u know?high levels of stress can cause heart attacks,ulcers in stomach and even in the worst scenario diabetes.It's has a lot of life threatening impact on our health.The most common signs/symptoms of having highlevel of stress are Frequent headaches,dizziness,faintness etc,etc.....

Well even though it's effects are life threatening  it can be controlled by simple methods

1.Meditate:I know lot's of people hate this idea of doing it!they say it's a waste of time etc,etc...but it's the effective solution for this problem.I think most of u know that there are many medicines out there for reducing stress and anxiety but there are many side effects and they effect ur health in many ways as well.U can have a piece of mind while meditating.



2.Breath deeply:If u think meditating is wasting time then try to take a deep long breath and think about how to get over come the situation that ur facing/which is troubling you.
                   
          In the end stress can be controlled by simple peace of mind.Yet it's effects are dangerous
