Overweight is plain common these days as we can see lot of people suffering from this where ever we go.Well the most basic reason why people get overweight is due to having a habit of eating large amount of food and doing no physical exercise in return which in turn adds up the fat content in ur body.Being overweight adds up many dangerous conditions as well.In an independent scientific research it was found out that the life expectancy of the person decreases by several years due to this condition.
There are almost countless ways of reducing fat from the modern technology by doing many expensive operations the most common method used at hospitals is lyposuction.By this we can reduce fat easily but we can't guarantee the safety of the person and who know's u can gain fat again after a few months or years

Walking:The most effective exercise for fat burning.Most people are overweight due to laziness well if they don't change their attitude i don't think they can ever change themselves.Try walking in groups in the early morning which is good for health as well
Swimming:A great way to reduce fat yet to be refreshed at the same time no need to be sweaty.
Many people do dieting for reducing their weight.it's not a solution the formula for overweight people is eat less work more until u get under a standard weight for ur height and body!i bet this helps
