They can help you stay full longer and lower your urge to snack on less nutritious foods between meals.The most famous snack of them is roasted cashews

vegetarians can benefit from the large amount of protein in cashews. as they refrain from eating meat they can get lot's amount of protein content from it!which is very good for the growth of body and perfect if ur thinking of building up ur body

Energy Drinks!!

It has become a common drink which every person from a child to adult and drinks even pro atheleats use them for quick energy!But do u guys think it's safe for health?do u think it's much good for health let us see

They mostly comprise of the following things

Sugar:


The majority of energy drinks contain sugar, which is one of the most popular ingredients used to boost your energy. These energy drinks may provide a short burst of energy, but it does not last very long. Regularly consuming energy drinks may cause you to drink an unhealthy amount of sugar as well.children purchase certain brands of energy drinks, which may cause them to consume unhealthy amounts of sugar also. Consuming too much sugar can lead to unhealthy weight gain.which in turn they suffer from problems like overweight and obesity




Caffeine:

Another popular ingredient in energy drinks is caffeine because it can give you a burst of energy.reports state that energy drinks can contain a staggering amount of caffeine, some with as much as 14 cans of soda. The caffeine content is not always listed on the ingredient label so you may end up consuming far more than you thought. Too much caffeine on a regular basis can cause irritability, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, increased blood pressure and rapid heartbeat.




Alcohol:


Certain energy drinks contain alcohol, and all energy drinks can be combined with alcohol. If you consume an energy drink during the workday, drinking one with alcohol can decrease your productivity and may pose more serious dangers if you drive or work with tools and machinery.The drinking energy drinks with alcohol may slow down the feeling of intoxication, which can lead to heavier drinking and may increase your risk of alcohol-related injuries. Energy drinks with alcohol are a particular concern for children who may be able to purchase them even if they are under age.



Bottom line:Better think again before you buy and drink an energy drink.

Obesity.....a curse!!

Obesity is the situation where the weight of a person reaches the limit by which he has a life threatening issues .This problem used to exist since many years but has become quite common in the recent years!It's caused by many reasons! mainly because of several reasons.It mainly due to the over take of much food where as not doing any physical work which makes the accumulation of fats to a larger extent.And it can be passed through generations as well.so an unknown baby can be a victim of this if his parent's are suffering from this condition.As mentioned in the previous post the only best and safe reason by which we can avoid/cure this condition is changing the way we eat and doing regular exercise!


                                        From recent researches it's found out that most of the people suffering from this condition are the one's suffering from psychological problems.No one says or forces any one not to eat but we gotta do it in a balanced way!Most of the people do dieting for reducing their weight which is actually one of the main reasons which can boost ur weight in a short time.In a private research it's found out that actually 3 out of 3 people gained weight by dieting.Obesity is not a condition which can be reduced in a short  time it requires much effort which will give you better results.





From my view talking surgeries for reducing fat is very bad for health even in some cases causes death.

Overweight

Most of u might think overweight and obesity are similar well actually they are not!overweight is like 10-20lbs more than ur required weight where as obesity is quite different which will be posted later
             
 Overweight is plain common these days as we can see lot of people suffering from this where ever we go.Well the most basic reason why people get overweight is due to having a habit of eating large amount of food and doing no physical exercise in return which in turn adds up the fat content in ur body.Being overweight adds up many dangerous conditions as well.In an independent scientific research it was found out that the life expectancy of the person decreases by several years due to this condition.
               
              There are almost countless ways of reducing fat from the modern technology by doing many expensive operations the most common method used at hospitals is lyposuction.By this we can reduce fat easily but we can't guarantee the safety of the person and who know's u can gain fat again after a few months or years

So always try not to find the easy way out!!

The commonly used methods for reducing fat are

Walking:The most effective exercise for fat burning.Most people are overweight due to laziness well if they don't change their attitude i don't think they can ever change themselves.Try walking in groups in the early morning which is good for health as well

Swimming:A great way to reduce fat yet to be refreshed at the same time no need to be sweaty.
               
                  Many people do dieting for reducing their weight.it's not a solution the formula for overweight people is eat less work more until u get under a standard weight for ur height and body!i bet this helps

Stress

Hey guys!!this is actually my first post.Seeing the title you people must wonder why did i post about stress...well health doesn't mean only in the physical ways but also in the psychological ways.well as a fact you can even take it as an initiator for many health diseases which occur to our body.It's a leading health problem which is common now-a-days.



                                         
Do u know?high levels of stress can cause heart attacks,ulcers in stomach and even in the worst scenario diabetes.It's has a lot of life threatening impact on our health.The most common signs/symptoms of having highlevel of stress are Frequent headaches,dizziness,faintness etc,etc.....

Well even though it's effects are life threatening  it can be controlled by simple methods

1.Meditate:I know lot's of people hate this idea of doing it!they say it's a waste of time etc,etc...but it's the effective solution for this problem.I think most of u know that there are many medicines out there for reducing stress and anxiety but there are many side effects and they effect ur health in many ways as well.U can have a piece of mind while meditating.



2.Breath deeply:If u think meditating is wasting time then try to take a deep long breath and think about how to get over come the situation that ur facing/which is troubling you.
                   
          In the end stress can be controlled by simple peace of mind.Yet it's effects are dangerous
